She deepened her education in data science education at Johns Hopkins University, and technical skills and currently through IBM Technology Academy with skills and licensing in Agile, Design Thinking and AWS. She is a focal leader on the prestigious IBM Ethics & AI Board, on research & IBM Skills Academies & AI projects, and leading strategies at board levels for clients. She is called on to speak around the world and publishes research and whitepapers aligned with market trends.
Before IBM, Jen spent her career at ADP in Enterprise Global Services as executive VP in leading the Future of Work. Her extensive time under leader SVP of IT & Data helped develop her skills in data working with reputed data teams & scientists. This impact led to HR industry awards and developed data consulting where she worked on award winning data work centered on compensation and market benchmarking, pay equity, DE&I. Starting in 2016, she helped drive analytics adoption with teams of global client by personally working with client HR global executives. This led to her passionate work in HR data long term having been on teams for award winning innovations and witnessing client organizational improvements.
Jen has been called on as a global speaker, board presenter, coach, and mentor. As a Women in Tech leader, she is committed to helping organizations focus on ESG and diversity, She is a member of Girls Who Code, P-Tech, Native American Women in Coding, top rated in Women in Data Analytics and top 5 leader rated in HR data analytics by Engagedly in 2022. She believes at the heart of all data, governance in HR and DE&I is essential to eliminate bias.
